CB Armenia exchange rates

Official exchange rates of the current day from Central Bank of Armenia.
Currently supports only USD, GBP, EUR, RUR to AMD conversion.

IMPORTANT: In order to enable the module the "allow_url_fopen" shoild be switched to "on" in server php.ini.
