Supports 4 rotated logos using JS. The maximum dimensions of the images is 128x128px. In case you want to show less pictures just edit the index.php and remove the lines 52,53,54.

Creation of Bottom menu. Go to Menus Manager create a new menu, Menu Name "bottom_menu", Title Module "Bottom Menu". Go to Modules Manager, find the "Bottom Menu".
Settings: Position:footer, Published:Yes, Menu Class Suffix:-nav, Menu Style:Flat List. Make your new links by selecting the Bottom Menu module. That's it!
